Status
Service status
There is no live status feed yet, so this page does not pretend to be one. It is a plain HTML page: whatever it claimed about right now would be a sentence written weeks ago, and it would go on claiming it through an outage.
Why this page is empty
Hardware has not shipped. The pilot batch is late 2026, and until units are in the field there is no customer traffic to have a status about. Building the dashboard first would mean publishing a green tick that nobody is checking against anything — and a status page that is wrong once is never trusted again.
The rule this page is built on: nothing appears here as a measurement unless something is actually measuring it.
What this page will show
Three surfaces, described by what you would notice rather than by what we call them internally:
-
Corrections service
You would notice: Your receiver stops reaching a fixed solution, or drops out of it and does not come back while your phone still has signal.
-
Account and billing portal
You would notice: Sign-in, orders, or anything under your account fails to load or fails to save.
-
This website
You would notice: Pages do not load, or the pilot-batch signup form does not accept an address.
TODO(ops): what probes run, where they run from, how often, and where the result is published are open decisions. Until they are made and deployed, no indicator belongs on this page.
How you will hear about an outage
The intent — stated now so it can be held against us later — is that a problem affecting paying subscribers is emailed to the people affected, not left for them to discover on a dashboard they have no reason to visit. This page is where the detail and the follow-up live; the email is what tells you to come and read it.
TODO(ops): that is a commitment about a service which is not carrying customers yet. It becomes a published promise on the day the first subscription is live, and it needs the notification path built before then.
If something looks wrong right now
Email us. There is no ticket portal and no account needed to report a problem:
Useful in the first message: what you were doing, roughly when (with your timezone), and whether it is still happening. If it is time critical — you are in a field and stopped — say so in the subject line.
Support has the rest: who answers, how long a reply takes, and the guides that cover coverage and accuracy questions faster than an email round trip can.
